TMP Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in TrustedMovePro.com. By digitally affirming acceptance, the mover (“Participant”) agrees to comply with all requirements, including the Independent Dispute Resolution System (IDRS), and acknowledges that failure to comply may result in removal from the directory.

2. Eligibility & Verification

  • Participant must provide valid and accurate documentation of:
    • Business registration and authority to operate.
    • Required federal, state, or local licenses.
    • Active insurance coverage (cargo, liability, workers’ comp where required).
  • Verification is conducted annually or as requested by TrustedMovePro.com.
  • Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate removal.

3. Participant Obligations

Participants agree to:

  1. Conduct business honestly, fairly, and professionally.
  2. Provide services in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Maintain current and accurate contact information in their directory profile.
  4. Respond promptly to consumers and TrustedMovePro communications.

4. Independent Dispute Resolution System (IDRS)

  • Participant must comply with all IDRS rules.
  • Response to consumer disputes is required within 7 calendar days.
  • If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may proceed to independent arbitration.
  • Arbitration outcomes are binding and final.
  • Non-compliance with arbitration results will result in removal from TrustedMovePro.com.

5. Arbitration Costs

As a condition of participation in TrustedMovePro.com, each TrustedMovePro agrees to bear all costs associated with arbitration under the Independent Dispute Resolution System (IDRS). Consumers will not be charged any fees to file a dispute or to participate in arbitration, regardless of the amount in dispute.

Failure by a TrustedMovePro to pay arbitration costs or to comply with an arbitration decision will result in immediate removal from the TrustedMovePro directory.

Arbitration is administered by an independent arbitration provider designated by TrustedMovePro.com. TrustedMovePros are responsible for all arbitration fees as a condition of their participation in the directory. To ensure fairness and predictability, TrustedMovePro.com will work with its designated provider to maintain reasonable and transparent fee structures. While disputes rarely escalate to arbitration, movers should anticipate that arbitration fees typically fall in the range of $500 to $2500 per case depending on complexity.

6. Directory Participation

  • Only Participants in good standing may display the TrustedMovePro designation.
  • TrustedMovePro.com reserves the right to suspend, modify, or remove listings for:
    • Non-compliance with licensing, insurance, or verification requirements.
    • Failure to comply with the Independent Dispute Resolution System (IDRS), including required response times and arbitration outcomes.
    • Misrepresentation or conduct that undermines consumer trust.
  • Note: The mere filing of a consumer complaint does not, by itself, constitute grounds for removal. Action is only taken if the Participant fails to comply with IDRS obligations or outcomes.

7. Fees & Renewal

  • Participants agree to pay an annual participation fee.
  • Renewal is contingent upon continued compliance with these Terms.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Enforcement & Termination

TrustedMovePro.com may suspend or terminate participation for:

  • Misrepresentation or fraud.
  • Failure to maintain required documents.
  • Failure to comply with IDRS decisions.

9. Leads & Consumer Inquiries

  • As part of their participation, Participants may receive consumer inquiries or service requests (“Leads”) generated through TrustedMovePro.com.
  • TrustedMovePro.com does not charge additional fees for these Leads.
  • Leads are provided as a benefit of participation but are not guaranteed in number or quality.
  • Participants are solely responsible for responding to Leads in a timely and professional manner.

10. Disclaimer

  • TrustedMovePro.com is not a mover, broker, or carrier.
  • TrustedMovePro.com does not guarantee business volume.
  • TrustedMovePro.com provides verification, directory, and dispute resolution services only.

10. Acceptance

By clicking “I Agree” below, Participant acknowledges:

  • They have read and understood this Agreement.
  • They agree to comply with all requirements.
  • Their digital affirmation is legally binding.

Your acceptance will be time-stamped and recorded with your IP address and browser for verification.
